Life has been keeping me busy from posting.
Games:
This last Tuesday: my guy friends and my boy friend and I played at our local store called Phoenix Fire Games instead of our usual spot in our college sub.
Games we played:
Hobbit Deck Builder - The boys played it because I was later getting there.
DC Deck Builder- Combined with Heroes United.
Glen More- Super cool Scottish game that had a simple learning time.
Kittens in a Blender- My game I had to buy when I saw it at the store.
Story behind Kittens:
At the very first OTK (Con I mentioned in previous post) my friend Tina pulled me to play it. She explained that you are trying to save your group of kittens from the blender by putting them into the box. You are also trying to blend the other people's kittens. I had so much fun I wondered where I could get it. Well I looked for the game afterwards and it was super spendy. So alas life went on.
Now over a year later I see the game in Phoenix Fire and it was CHEAPER than it was before so I totally had to buy it. Turns out the game went out of print and it is just being brought back.
So I will add the picture for you all.
Later in the week I taught my sister Kittens and she beat me in the teaching game. I was going easy on her though because I could have blended her kittens big time at one point.
Also if you do not follow Wil Wheaton on twitter and you have one you should. I laugh so hard at his Tweets. So follow +Wil Wheaton and @wilw his twitter handle. Also follow his wife @AnneWheaton for awesome #VandalEyes photos and funny girl tweets.

Gaming Conventions
So our group just recently were part of our local area's convention scene. We just had our gaming convention. I was originally only suppose to be a regular con goer. I normally work the anime conventions in our area. Well this con had its ups and downs. I had to sub in on the Table Top side due to health concerns of one of the con staff. I had fun but it was not the most ideal of situations.
My friends before this had to compile a bunch of different games and learn how to play them. So I was along for the ride. We played so many different games it was crazy. We were playing at all of our local gaming stores. We were all over the place. We were learning new games, playing others to get better at them. Over all we were gaming machines! It paid off though because we were able to demo games at the con. So I was glad that I could help out my friends and I was able to introduce people to new games to play at the con.
My favorite part of the con was getting to play my game: Star Trek Catan. I'm a Trekkie and I love this game! So on the last day I demoed it for some con goers and they loved it.

Introduction
This blog was created because my friends and I love playing Table Top Games. We play them almost every Tuesday Nights at a local college student union building. We love learning new games and interacting with not only each other but also our Magic the Gathering friends that play right next to us. We also like to get together at a local store for games on Thursdays and even on weekends if we can.
So this blog will be filled with reviews of games, funny stories, and table top table talk that goes on during our games.
Welcome to our Nerdy Blog!
